Paul Dotzert

Paul Dotzert (born May 1, 1922 ) is a former Hessian politician ( SPD ). He lives in Eberstadt , a district of Darmstadt .

Life

Was Dotzert 1979-1990 city councilor from 1990 volunteer to 1997, city council . During this time he was an arbitrator in Eberstadt from 1983 to 1998 . He was involved in several local projects in his hometown.

After leaving politics, he remained an arbitrator and thus gained a high reputation in his city. Today he is still active in various clubs in Eberstadt.

Honors

He was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon by the former Federal President Johannes Rau . In 2006, Federal Minister of Justice Brigitte Zypries awarded him the Willy Brandt Medal . He is also an honorary member of the SPD local association Eberstadt.
