Paul Hombach (* 1964 in Bonn ) is a German pianist and composer , actor , improvisation trainer and astronomy speaker.

Act

Hombach completed a music degree in Cologne . Since 1980 he has worked in numerous band projects, accompanied productions and various interpreters with keyboard , piano and grand piano . Among other things, he is part of Ensemble I (gala ensemble) of the improvisational theater Die Springmaus in Bonn as a pianist .

He deals with astronomy , is editor of the bimonthly magazine Abenteuer Astronomie and gives popular science lectures on this topic, among others in connection with the museum, the University of Bonn and the city of Bonn, also as part of the International Year of Astronomy in June 2009 at the Event “Star Festival and Star Time in Bonn” or, for example, with his program “Paul's portable planetarium” in the Zeiss Planetarium in Bochum .
