Springmaus (improvisational theater)

Springmaus is the name of a nationally known improvisational theater group that was founded in 1983 by Bill Mockridge , who is still active as managing director and director today. The founding ensemble also included Mockridge's wife Margie Kinsky , Andreas Etienne , Michael Müller and Anka Zink .

history

At that time, the jumping mouse was still performing in a Bonn student bar, the "Anno Tubac". In 1985 the group moved to Oxfordstrasse until 1993 when they moved into the Jerbal 's house in the Endeich district .

In 1997 the group was awarded the Ravensburger Kupferle .

Other well-known comedians and cabaret artists such as Dirk Bach , Bernhard Hoëcker , Tetje Mierendorf , Ralf Schmitz , Susanne Pätzold and Christoph Brüske played in the Springmaus ensemble at the beginning of their careers.
