Paul Johannes Baumgartner (* 1969 in Achslach ; also Baum-Paul ) is a German radio presenter and communication trainer.

Life

At the age of 17, after graduating from secondary school in Viechtach , he applied to host the ZDF hit parade, but was rejected. Baumgartner completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at the Linhardt company in Viechtach. After completing his apprenticeship, he did his Abitur in Landshut and worked at the local radio station, Radio Trausnitz . From December 1993 he volunteered at Antenne Bayern , where he has since then also been the presenter of the afternoon program, which he presented alternately with Stephan Lehmann until 2008 . Since January 2013 he has hosted the program “Die Antenne Bayern Saturday Show with Paul Johannes Baumgartner”, which is followed by more than 1.3 million listeners per average broadcast hour (as of media analysis MA II / 2012).

Baumgartner also works as a journalist, speaker, seminar leader and communication trainer. The main focus of his seminars and lectures is customer and employee enthusiasm.
