Paul Theodor Kühn (born October 16, 1866 in Frankenberg / Sa. , † October 28, 1912 in Leipzig ) was a German librarian .

Life

Paul Kühn was the eldest son of the city music director Theodor Kühn and his wife Anna, nee. Windisch. From 1886 he studied German and modern languages ​​at the University of Leipzig , where he received his doctorate in 1889. From 1890 he worked at the University Library in Leipzig , initially as a volunteer, from 1891 as an assistant, from 1898 as a curator and from 1901 as a librarian.

He published in the field of literary and art history.
