Paul Kerkring

Paul Kerkring (* 16th century; † December 7, 1632 in Lübeck ) was councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Paul Kerkring was the son of the Lübeck councilor Johann Kerkring . In 1589 he became a member of the patrician Lübeck Circle Society and after the death of his brother Heinrich in 1617 he was elected to the Lübeck Council.

Kerkring was married to a daughter of the mayor of Lübeck Arnold Bonnus .

The Lübeck City Library has a copy of Reimar Kock's chronicle in a leather binding made for Paul Karckrinck in 1601 with Renaissance gold and gilt edging .
