Paul Lizandier ( December 2, 1884 - December 1937 ) was a French long-distance runner .

At the London Olympics in 1908 , he was eliminated over five miles in advance. In the three-mile team race, he finished 13th in the individual ranking and won the bronze medal with his teammates Louis Bonniot de Fleurac (8th) and Joseph Dreher (11th).

In 1909 he became French champion over 5000 m and in the obstacle course , after having become runner-up in both disciplines the year before. In 1911 he was again runner-up in the obstacle course.

Paul Lizandier started for the Métropolitain Club Colombes.
