Paul Heinrich Ernst Otto August Ramm (born October 20, 1862 in Charlottenburg, Wirsitz district ; † 1941 ) was a German administrative lawyer and landowner.

Life

Ramm was a son of the manor owner Robert Ramm in Charlottenburg and his wife Charlotte, nee. Einbeck. He attended grammar school in Schneidemühl and after graduating from high school (1880) studied law at the University of Tübingen . There he became a member of the Corps Suevia . In 1884 Ramm passed the trainee exam. In 1887 he joined the administration. He became a government assessor in Hanover in 1890 and served as district administrator in Samter from 1899 to 1904 . In 1905 he became a councilor in Stettin . In 1913 he retired from civil service and lived as a landowner in Carlsbach, in the Wirsitz district. After the Wirsitz district fell to Poland in 1919, Ramm had to give up his estate in 1924 and settled in Eisenach.
