Paul Sombetzki

Paul Sombetzki (born March 11, 1886 in Groß-Ramsau ; † August 1, 1957 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament of the CDU and the center .

Life and work

After attending primary school , he worked as a day miner. From 1910 to 1922 Sombetzki was a member of the Center Party. He was a board member of the Christian-Social Volksgemeinschaft and board member of the Catholic Workers' Association. He was also a union member until 1933. Since 1945 he was a member of the CDU. He was represented in various party bodies.

From April 20, 1947 to June 17, 1950, Sombetzki was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was directly elected in constituency 084 Beckum-West. From 1924 to 1929 he was a member of the city ​​council of Ahlen .
