Paul Zeff

Paul Zeff (born November 19, 1911 in New York City , United States , † February 25, 1993 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American film technician who was awarded the Oscar for technical achievement ( Technical Achievement Award ) in 1945.

Life

Zell worked as a film technician for Columbia Studio Laboratory and was awarded the Oscar for technical merits ( Scientific and Technical Award ) at the Academy Awards in 1945 together with George Seid and SJ Twining for the formula and application up to the production of a simplified, adjustable negative developer ('for the formula and application to production of a simplified variable area sound negative developer '). He received the Class III award, which consists of a certificate. The scientific and technical awards, as well as those for special achievements, are class I to III awards.

Paul Zeff was married to Esther Malka Zeff (1914–1997).
