Paul von Naehrich
Carl Paul von Naehrich (born October 30, 1852 in Puschkowa near Breslau ; † January 18, 1937 there ) was a German manor owner and sugar industrialist.
Life
After attending the Realgymnasium zum Zwinger in Breslau and doing practical work in agriculture and the sugar industry, Paul von Naehrich studied at the Universities of Bonn and Halle. In 1873 he became a member of the Corps Palatia Bonn . After completing his studies, he traveled to Belgium, France, Holland, Italy and the USA. He took over his father's manor Puschkowa and his father's sugar factory, which he expanded industrially.
Von Naehrich wrote numerous industrial and agricultural publications. He was chairman of the Association of the German Sugar Industry , Vice-President of the German Agricultural Society for Silesia, curator of the Anhalt Cultural Institute in Bernburg and Rittmeister of the Landwehr of the Reserve.
