Paulius Kulikauskas

Paulius Kulikauskas (* 1964 in Vilnius ) is a Lithuanian architect, urbanist and diplomat .

Life

After graduating from high school, he completed his diploma studies with Vytautas Edmundas Čekanauskas at the Vilniaus dailės institutas in 1986 . He was an architect at the Urban Design Institute , a consultant in the Lietuvos architektų sąjunga association , in Lazdynai of the Vilnius City Council , a ministerial advisor to Algimantas Nasvytis at the Lithuanian Ministry of Construction and from 1996 to 1997 ministerial advisor at the Lithuanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs . From 1997 to 1998 he was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of European Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania .

From 1991 to 1996 and from 1998 to 2010 he worked in Denmark , from 1998 to 2004 as head of the department in the company in Copenhagen . From 2004 to 2010 he was a senior expert in the EU-URBACT program and from 2006 to 2010 research assistant at I2UD . He worked in the World Bank , the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development USAID and on projects in Croatia , Bulgaria , Brazil etc. Since 2011 he has been working in the UN Secretariat at RPTC as an interregional advisor to UN-Habitat.
