Paulus Shipanga (born May 19, 1980 in Walvis Bay ) is a Namibian football player and national player of his country . He also has South African citizenship.

Shipanga began his career with the Namibian first division club Blue Waters FC . Further stations up to the age of 30 were Bidvest Wits in South Africa, Sabah FA in Malaysia , Eleven Arrows in Namibia and Bay United in South Africa. In 2011 Shipanga moved again to Blue Waters for a year. Here he ended his career in 2012. He was Namibian soccer champion in the 2000 and 2003/04 seasons .

From 1999 to August 26, 2010 he was a Namibian national player .
