Pavel Fic (born June 3, 1992 ) is a former Czech grass skier . He was a member of the Czech junior squad and competed in the World Cup in 2007 and 2008 .

Career

After some successes in junior races in the Czech Cup, Pavel Fic took part in FIS races for the first time a few days after his 15th birthday and immediately achieved placements among the top 20. The Czech won his first World Cup points on September 1, 2007 with 19th place in the super combination of Forni di Sopra . In the overall standings for the 2007 season, he finished 45th. In September 2007 Fic also took part in the World Championship in Olešnice v Orlických horách , but did not make it into the 40 fastest in any race.

In the 2008 season , Fic reached seventh place in the slalom and 13th place in the giant slalom in the World Cup races in Čenkovice and thus came 34th in the overall standings. At the Junior World Championships in Rieden in 2008 , he achieved two 18th places in the giant slalom and in the Super-G. The Czech competed in his last races in September 2008.
