The Pearson Point is a headland that the south-western outskirts of Bird Iceland before the western end of South Georgia is. It marks east of the entrance to Burton Cove and south that to Johnson Cove .
The name of the headland can be found for the first time on a map of the British Admiralty from 1921. The background of the name has not survived.
