Pedro Munguía Munguía (born June 29, 1958 in Tecatitlán , Jalisco ) is a former Mexican soccer player who mainly played in midfield .

career

Coming from the youth division of Club Deportivo Guadalajara , Munguía was committed in 1977/78 by league rival Deportivo Toluca FC , where he spent his entire professional career and completed more than 350 appearances in the country's top division by the 1992/93 season . In the 1988/89 season Munguía won the Mexican Cup competition with the Diablos Rojos .

In 1980 and 1981 Munguía came to a total of 17 international appearances (no goal) for the Mexican national football team .
