Pedro Nuño Rosas (born December 16, 1931 in La Experiencia , Jalisco ), also known by the nickname El Chato , is a former Mexican soccer player who was mostly used as a right full -back.

biography

"El Chato" Nuño began his football career in the youth department of his home club CD Imperio .

He received his first professional contract before the 1951/52 season with the neighboring club CD Guadalajara , whose first major phase he was allowed to actively experience. With the Chivasi he won the Mexican championship in the seasons 1956/57, 1958/59 and 1959/60. While he made a significant contribution to winning the first two titles as a regular player, he had to make do with the role of reservist several times in the 1959/60 season.

Before the 1960/61 season, he moved to the second Mexican football league for CD Nacional de Guadalajara , with which he immediately won the championship and made promotion to the first division . He later played for CF La Piedad , in whose ranks he let his active career end.
