The Pencksøkkrabbane (Norwegian for Penckmuldenrücken , English Penck Ledge , Pencksims' ) are, depending on the perspective, a chain of Nunatakkern or a ridge in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . They rise up on the west side of the head end of the Penck hollow .
Norwegian cartographers, who named it after the name of the Penck Mulde, mapped it using geodetic surveys and aerial photographs of the Norwegian-British-Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1949–1952) and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1952 ) taken between 1958 and 1959. 1960). The indirect namesake is the German geographer Albrecht Penck (1858–1945).
