Per Olsen (born June 13, 1932 in Alta ; † November 9, 2013 there ) was a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Olsen, who started for the Alta IF , made his first international appearance at the 1954 Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun . There he finished 42nd place over 15 km. At the 1956 Winter Olympics in Cortina d'Ampezzo , he achieved 19th place over 30 km and fourth place with the relay. Two years later he ran at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 15th place over 30 km. At Norwegian championships he was twice second over 15 km (1955, 1957) and once third (1954) and once second over 30 km (1957) and with the relay (1961).
