Perosinho , also written Perozinho , is a place and a former municipality ( freguesia ) in northwestern Portugal .
Perosinho belongs to the Vila Nova de Gaia county in the Porto district . The community had an area of 5.3 km² and 6273 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011). The place was raised on July 12, 2001 to Vila (German: small town ).
On September 29, 2013, the parishes of Perosinho and Serzedo were merged to form the new parish União das Freguesias de Serzedo e Perosinho .
