Peter Alfred Jensen

Peter Alfred Jensen (born July 7, 1903 in Aarhus , † January 13, 1988 ) was a Danish politician of the Communist Party (DKP) .

During the German occupation he was a member of Danmarks Frihedsråd . He sat in the Folketing from 1936 to 1969 , interrupted from 1941 to 1945 by the unconstitutional ban on the DKP. Jensen joined the first post-war government under Vilhelm Buhl as transport minister and was in office from May 5 to November 7, 1945.
