Peter Allgayer

Peter Allgayer (born June 8, 1972 ) is a German lawyer . He is a judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Live and act

After the first and second state examinations and the doctorate to Dr. iur. Allgayer joined the judicial service of the state of Baden-Württemberg in 2001. There he worked at the regional court in Heidelberg and at the public prosecutor's offices in Heidelberg and Freiburg. In 2005 he was appointed as a public prosecutor for life. As part of secondments, he worked as a research assistant at the Federal Prosecutor's Office from 2008 to 2010 and at the Federal Constitutional Court from 2010 to 2012 . In 2011 he was promoted to First Public Prosecutor. In August 2013 Allgayer was appointed public prosecutor at the Federal Court of Justice and was transferred there at the same time. In October 2016 he became a senior public prosecutor at the Federal Court of Justice.

In December 2016, Allgayer was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice. He was assigned to VI, primarily responsible for tort law and medical liability law . Civil Senate assigned.
