Peter Bornhöft

Peter Bornhöft (born November 5, 1936 in Rostock ) is a German writer and poet.

Life

From 1958 to 1964 Bornhöft studied German and history in Münster and Tübingen . Between 1968 and 2000 he worked as a teacher at the Max-Planck-Gymnasium in Bielefeld .

The first literary publications came in 1985, initially in several magazines. The first book follows in 1990 ( somewhere is somewhere else ).

In 1993 he received the third prize of the Lyrischer Oktober club in Bayreuth . In the same year he became a member of the Association of German Writers (VS).

Bornhöft is the author of the artist magazine Labyrinth (since 1996) and the art edition Deböx (since 2000); in addition, he has been co-editor of the literary magazine Tentakel since 2007 .

Peter Bornhöft lives and works in Bielefeld.
