Peter Brommer (archivist)

Peter Brommer (born September 8, 1945 in Holzminden ) is a German archivist and historian.

Brommer, son of the classical archaeologist Frank Brommer , studied history in Göttingen , Freiburg and Tübingen , where he received his doctorate in 1972. From 1972 he worked at the main state archive in Koblenz , where he headed the “Historical archive and non-state archive material” department.
