Peter book
Peter Buch (* 1938 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German artist who lives in Spain. Buch began as a painter, and has been creating site-specific sculptures out of wood and metal since the 1980s.
Life
After studying at the Art Academy in Stuttgart , Peter Buch lived in Paris from 1960 and in Formentera and Paris from 1970 . In 1985 he visited La Pobla de Benifassà , Valencian Community for the first time , where he bought a house in 1986 in the subcomarca (sub- county ) of Tinença de Benifassà , but initially continued to live in Paris and Formentera. Buch has been working at Benifassà on his sculpture garden "Jardí de Peter" since 1991 . Since 2007 he has also lived in the community. Book counts itself among the Art Brut .
From his marriage in 1964, Peter Buch has a son born in 1967.
