Peter Clasen

Peter Clasen (born September 24, 1866 in Cologne ; † unknown) was a German judge .

Life

He passed the first state examination in 1889 (“sufficient”) and the second in 1894 (“good”). In the same year he became an assessor at the AG Cologne . In 1902 he became a local judge at the AG Düsseldorf and a local judge in 1908. In 1909 he made a career leap and became a higher regional judge at the OLG Frankfurt / M. He became a Privy Councilor in 1918 and then a Councilor for the Reich Court in October. In 1930 he became President of the Senate at the Reichsgericht and retired on October 1, 1934. His creed was Catholic.
