Peter Filler

Peter Filler (born June 12, 1949 in Dermbach ) is a former German soccer player .

He started playing soccer in 1962 in Wiesenthal (Thuringia) . In 1964 he moved to Kali Werra Tiefenort and in 1967, after moving to the first men's team, he also made promotion to the GDR league with this team . For a year he went to FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt and played nine match days in the 1969/1970 season in the top division of the GDR, the Oberliga . He then returned to Kali Werra Tiefenort. When he was called up for basic military service in the NVA in 1971 , he went to the "Sailor Elf" Vorwärts Stralsund; with this team he played 18 game days in the 1971/1972 season again in the league; he stayed in Stralsund until 1973 . After his military service he returned to Tiefenort in 1973 and played there until 1976. After that, he switched to activist Leimbach .
