Peter Günter

Peter Günter (born March 27, 1960 in Heilbronn-Sontheim ) is a German lawyer and a judge at the Federal Court of Justice since March 2010 .

Life

After completing his legal training, Peter Günter initially worked as a lawyer for almost a year . He then entered the higher Bavarian judicial service in August 1991, where he worked as a public prosecutor at the public prosecutor's office at the Würzburg district court . In 1994 he was appointed public prosecutor for life. In 1997 he moved to the position of judge at the district court of Würzburg. There he was a member of different civil chambers of the Würzburg district court for two years . From 1999 he was the full-time head of trainee working groups and was the responsible training manager from 2004 to 2009. In October 2004 he was appointed judge at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg and from 2006 belonged to two civil senates at the Higher Regional Court. On March 1, 2010 he was judge at the Federal Court of Justice and was the XII. Assigned to the civil senate of the Federal Court of Justice , from which Johann Fuchs resigned.
