Peter Grevenberg

Peter Grevenberg ( January 4, 1824 in Cologne - January 5, 1890 ibid) was a German opera singer ( tenor ) and theater director .

Life

Grevenberg was a well-known game and hero tenor. He was engaged in Oldenburg, Stettin, Aachen, Lübeck, Augsburg , Cologne, Mannheim etc. In the 1870s he also worked as a theater director.

He was married to the opera singer Wilhelmine Grevenberg-Langheinz . His children were the actors Auguste Prasch-Grevenberg and the theater actor Julius Grevenberg . Rolf Prasch , his daughter's son, was an actor, theater director and theater director.
