Peter Häggström (born January 27, 1976 in Malmö ) is a Swedish athlete and sports journalist .

Life

Häggström took part in the European Athletics U23 Championships in 1997 . At the Olympic Games in 2000 and at the European Athletics Championships in 2002 , he was a participant in the long jump . After the end of his sporting career as a long jumper, he began to work as a sports journalist on Swedish television. In 2009 he came out as gay.
