Peter Kajlinger (born December 2, 1964 ) is a Swedish baritone .

Kajlinger received his training at the Royal Opera in Stockholm . First appearances took place at the opera studio there as Pacuvio, Alidoro and Dancairo. In 1989 he sang Leporello and Moralés at the Royal Court Theater. He also appeared in the title role of Mozart's drama director , as Papageno, Leporello and Figaro at Confidencen in Ulriksdal near Stockholm and in the title role of Salieris Falstaff ossia Le tre burle at the Drottningholm Palace Theater .

As an ensemble member of the Staatsoper Stuttgart he was, from 1998 to 2003 as the MC and Slatogor in Pique Dame , Bill in Mahagonny , Marullo in Rigoletto , Marchese d'Obigny in La traviata , Taddeo and Haly in L'Italiana in Algeri , in various roles in Al Gran Sole and King Arthur as well as Eustachio in Donizetti's Die Irren aus deliberate , Duca d´Arcos in Masaniello furioso , Antonio in Le nozze di Figaro , Michelotto Cibo in The Drawn and Masetto in Don Giovanni . He made his debut in Austria at the Feldkirch Music Festival in 2006 in the role of Charles Verloc in The Secret Agent . In 2007 he was heard for the first time in Sweden as Amonasro in Aida . In August 2008 he sang Scarpia in Tosca .
