Peter Mrozynski

Peter Mrozynski (* 1941 in Berlin ) is a German is a lawyer with a focus on Social Law , Munich lawyer and professor emeritus at the Faculty 11 Applied Social Sciences of the University of Applied Sciences in Munich .

Life

Mrozynski studied law at the Humboldt University in Berlin , the Georg August University in Göttingen and the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . From 1973 to 1978 he worked as a lawyer in Munich and, among other things, served as a criminal defense lawyer for the defendants of the Valley MC in 1973. During his work as a lawyer, he received his doctorate in 1976 at the University of Hamburg with a thesis on the subject of labor education of labor-shy juvenile offenders outside of closed institutions .

From 1978 to 2009 he taught at the University of Munich. The focus of teaching and research was on basic security and social assistance , health and long-term care insurance and rehabilitation . Since 2010 he has been working for the law firm Bernzen Sonntag and again as a lawyer in Munich.

In addition to various articles in specialist journals, he wrote comments on the First , Eighth and Ninth Book of the Social Security Code (Part 1) and, since 2006, the loose-leaf work Manual of Basic Social Security and Social Welfare .
