Peter Neumaier

Peter Neumaier (born June 30, 1967 in Ettlingen ) is a former German athlete.

He came to athletics in 1979 at ESV Ettlingen. In 1985 he became German youth champion in the pole vault in the hall . In the adult division he was seventh over 200 meters at the German Championships in 1990 and fourth in the decathlon . In 1992 he reached fifth place in the decathlon and seventh place in 1993. At the German Indoor Championships in 1994 he was able to win the title in 1: 25.72 minutes with the 4 x 200 meter relay ( Jürgen Urban , Peter Neumaier, Norbert Wörlein , Jörg Rößler ) of the LAC Quelle Fürth / Munich 1860 .

Neumaier started for ESV Ettlingen, MTG 1899 Mannheim , LSV Ladenburg, USC Mainz , LAC Quelle Fürth / Munich 1860, DJK Friedberg and SG Siemens Karlsruhe.
