Peter Puck (born July 1960 in Heidenheim an der Brenz ) is a German comic artist .

He studied empirical cultural studies and modern German literature in Tübingen . From 1985 to 2005 his satirical series Rudi appeared in various city ​​magazines , later also in satire and comic magazines such as Irre cool or Zack . From 1987 the Rudi comics were published in anthologies. These were first published by Heinzelmännchen and since 2005 by Ehapa , where the albums from the Heinzelmännchen era were reprinted in color. Of the first four regular albums there is the first edition with softcover , as well as hardcover reprints from 1995, each limited to 500 copies .

Peter Puck is not only concerned with his comic strips: he also works as a draftsman for advertising agencies , for example producing cartoons for the employee magazine of the German branch of Hewlett-Packard and leading drawing workshops. His only hobby is collecting records and DJing, especially of Turkish pop music.
