Peter Ralf Hofmann

Peter Ralf Hofmann (* 1965 in Sonneberg ; pseudonym: Peter Babelsberg ) is a German author and radio presenter .

Life

Until 1997 Peter Ralf Hofmann worked as a reporter and presenter at Antenne Brandenburg , where he designed the talk show Nachtschluss . In 1998 he switched to MDR1 Radio Sachsen-Anhalt , where he presented the program Guten Morgen Sachsen-Anhalt between 2002 and 2007 . He also writes radio comedy and skits. He invented and embodies the character "Rico Granato" for the radio puzzle Rico Granato sings the classics! But which? . Texts and melodies of two different well-known hits are mixed together.

As an author, he published his first novel Berlinsolo .

Peter Hofmann received three grants from the Brandenburg Ministry of Culture, and in 1994 he received a grant from the Künstlerhaus Wiepersdorf.

His collection of poems Hurenherz was published in 1993, followed by several publications in prose anthologies. Hofmann wrote a total of six novels so far. His book Wo Norden ist has autobiographical echoes.

Hofmann wrote most of the lyrics for the album Zerrissen by Andreas Schulte under the pseudonym Peter Babelsberg.
