Peter Trummer

Peter Trummer (born June 23, 1941 in Bruck an der Mur ) is a Roman Catholic theologian .

Life

Peter Trummer studied theology in Graz , Tübingen and Regensburg . In 1966 he received his doctorate in theology, followed by his habilitation for the New Testament in 1976 . Until 2006 he was Professor of the New Testament at the Catholic Theological Faculty (University) of the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz. He is still involved in theological educational work and is also active as an artist.
