The Petlyakov Nunatak ( Russian: Нунатак Петлякова Nunatak Petlyakowa ) is a nunatak in the East Antarctic Coatsland . At the eastern end of the Shackleton Range it rises immediately northwest of the Nobleknausane .
Russian scientists named it after the Soviet aircraft designer Vladimir Mikhailovich Petlyakov (1891-1942).
