Petr Koukal (born December 14, 1985 in Hořovice , then Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech badminton professional.

In 2004 he won the Lithuanian International in mixed and Cyprus International in singles, and in 2006 Israel International , also in singles. In 2007 he became Czech Champion in men's singles and won the Iceland International .

In 2008 he took part in the men's individual competition. He lost in the first round against the Englishman Andrew Smith in three sets. In 2009 he won the Czech International .

Koukal is married to the biathlete Gabriela Koukalová .
