Petr Rajnoha

Petr Rajnoha (* 1974 in Znojmo ) is a Czech organist .

Life

Rajnoha received training at the State Conservatory in Brno with Zdenek Novacek and at the Janáček Academy for Music and Performing Arts in Brno with Kamila Klugarová. He also attended courses at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague with Jaroslav Tůma .

Awards

In 1997 he received the 3rd prize at the Brno International Organ Competition . In 1999 Rajnoha was again awarded 3rd prize at the Prague Spring International Organ Competition. In 2000 he won 2nd prize at the Gelsenkirchen International Organ Competition and 1st Prize and Audience Award at the Johann Pachelbel Competition at the Nuremberg Organ Week .
