Petra Manor

Petra Manor is a villa in the Californian city ​​of Malibu . It is located in the gated community Serra Retreat. The name of the house is derived from the Greek word petra (= rock) and refers to the natural stone from which it was built.

The house was built in 2015 by actor David Charvet and his then-wife Brooke Burke on land that the couple originally purchased for Mel Gibson . In 2018, cosmetics entrepreneur Kylie Jenner lived in the house for about two weeks.

In the spring of 2020, Prince Harry , Duke of Sussex, and his wife Meghan acquired the property as their new residence after their resignation as high-ranking members of the royal family.

The home has 10 bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
