David Charvet

David Franck Guez Charvet (born May 15, 1972 in Lyon ) is a French actor , singer and model .

Life

David Charvet's father, a Tunisian Jewish businessman, Paul Guez, divorced his mother, Christiane Charvet Haddad, in 1974. His mother remarried and David has six half-sisters (Irene, Tanya, Debra, Keira, Elizabeth and Amandine) and one half-brother (Daniel). He lived in Boulogne-Billancourt until he was nine, and then went with his mother, half-brother and half-sisters to see his father, who moved to the United States to revive jeans fashion. David received a green card a few years later, which he won the lottery and allowed him to reside in the United States.

From 1992 to 1995 he was in the television series Baywatch . He took on one of the leading roles in the film Lost in White Hell (1996), as well as in the film Prince Charming (1999), in which he played alongside Tia Carrere . From 1996 to 1998 he played in the US television series Melrose Place .

In the 2000s, Charvet appeared in French television productions. He also releases music albums such as David Charvet (1997), Leap of Faith (2002) and Se laisser quelque chose (2004).

But he continues to look after his musical career. The single Sometimes it rains from the album Se Laisser Quelque Chose was released in France, Belgium and Switzerland in July 2006 - the English album So We Meet Again followed.

On August 12, 2011, Charvet married his long-time fiancée Brooke Burke Charvet . The couple have two children together. The divorce took place in April 2018.
