Petra Mood (born June 5, 1946 in Munich ) is a short-time active German actress on stage, film and television.

Live and act

Born in Munich, she took acting lessons in Hamburg and Salzburg and received her first stage engagement in Trier in the mid-1960s. Commitments to Bad Hersfeld, Nuremberg and the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe followed (1967). Immediately afterwards, the film contacted Petra Mood, and in the tame sex film fun game Zieh dich und aus, Doll by Munich-based Ákos von Ráthonyi , the mime with the distinctive, dark, curly hairstyle received her first (and only) film role in 1968.

Petra Mood then played continuous roles in the two ZDF family series Three Women in the House and Air Jumps at the side of veteran screen legends Magda Schneider and Luis Trenker, down-to-earth, Bavarian young women. After the small role of Princess Salm in a large-scale portrait of the hapless Emperor of Mexico, Maximilian, the brunette artist ended her acting life and disappeared completely from the public eye.
