Petri Oravainen (born January 26, 1983 in Helsinki ) is a Finnish football player and former national player. He has played in the Veikkausliiga for Kuopion PS since 2010 .

Oravainen made his professional debut at HJK Helsinki in 2001 at the age of 18. Five years later he tried his hand at FC Zwolle in the Dutch Eerste Divisie , but returned to Helsinki after two years. For the 2010 season he moved to league competitor Kuopion PS .
