Palatinate peasant sigh
Pfälzer Bauernseufzer are a type of boiled sausage from the Upper Palatinate . The shape is different, either spherical or oblong-cylindrical.
For the production Wolves to pork and bacon coarse and seasons it with nitrite pickling salt , pepper , marjoram and possibly glutamate . Then you mix it in the cutter with beef roast and, if necessary, color stabilizer . This mass is filled into the middle intestines with a diameter of approx. 55-60 mm and shaped into spherical sausages. These are then cooked in water or steam.
