Church and rectory in Monplaisant

The rectory in Monplaisant , a French commune in the Dordogne department in the northeast of the Aquitaine region , was built in the 16th century. The rectory is directly adjacent to the parish church of St-Jean-Baptiste .

The two-story saddle roof construction made of quarry stone masonry has two skylights that are decorated with an ornate frame. The two-part bell gable of the church only slightly towers over the rectory.
