The parsonage Petersberg is a parsonage in the Petersberg village belonging to the Petersberg community in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located at Bergweg 11 on the Petersberg and serves as the parsonage of the nearby Protestant collegiate church of St. Peter .

Architecture and history

The two-storey rectory was built before 1750, presumably from the rubble of the enclosure of the neighboring monastery , which served as a quarry after the economy was moved to the foot of the Petersberg in 1726 . In 1852/53 the house was partially renewed in parallel with restoration work on the church. In 1997 the rectory was restored again.

The rectory is registered as a historical building under registration number 094 55312 in the monument register of the Petersberg community .
