The church was elevated to a parish church in 1947. The addition of a sacristy (1989) and a mortuary (1996) was carried out with the Graz architect Alfred Bramberger.

Furnishing

The high altar bears the figure of Maria Immaculate with child. The left side altar bears the figures Leonhard with the cattle and Florian with the water. The right side altar bears the figures of Leopold with the church and Antonius with the child. After the liturgical reform, the sculptor Sepp Auer created the new folk altar, the ambo, the session, chalice and host bowl, the candle and music stands. The pneumatic organ with two manuals and twelve registers was built in 1908 by Karl Neusser from Neutitschein .

The plastic death board in the laying out room was created by the artist Wolfgang Kodada.
