The Roman Catholic parish church Oberbozen is dedicated to Blessed Rupert Mayer and is located in Oberbozen in the municipality of Ritten in South Tyrol . It belongs to the diocese of Bolzano-Brixen .

architecture

The modern church was built from 1989 to 1991 according to plans by the architect Heinz Plattner from Bozen . The church tower has a distinctive onion dome . The interior and the glass windows are modern. The organ comes from the Swiss organ building company Felsberg. The chime consists of five bells that were cast in the Grassmayr bell foundry in Innsbruck .
