The Pucking parish church is located in the village of Pucking in the municipality of Pucking in Upper Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Michael belongs to the deanery of Traun in the diocese of Linz . The church and the cemetery are under monument protection .

history

One church was mentioned in a document at the end of the 13th century.

architecture

The late Gothic retracted lower two-bay choir with a three-eighth end has a ribbed vault. The single-nave two-bay nave with a star rib vault was widened in the 19th century. The west tower has a pyramid roof. The sacristy portal is Gothic. In a niche above the south portal there is a late Gothic statue of Our Lady made of wood around 1530, which was reworked and supplemented in the Baroque style.

Furnishing

The decor is neo-Gothic. On the west gallery are two baroque statues from the second quarter of the 18th century.
