The Spratzern parish church is located in the Spratzern district in the town of St. Pölten in Lower Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church of St. Therese von Lisieux belongs to the Deanery St. Pölten in the diocese of St. Pölten . The church is a listed building .

history

Due to the strong population growth, it was decided in 1931 to set up a separate parish in addition to the Mariahilfkapelle. Hans Zita and Otto Schottenberger won the architectural competition for the new parish church, and construction was completed in July 1932. The church with its clear lines is assigned to the New Objectivity style .
